Our individualized approach to building a plan that’s right for you, will start with diagnosing strengths and weaknesses in the kinetic chain as well as a movement assessment and review of your individual athletic goals.

This speed and agility class is designed to work all leg and core muscles, as well as develop functional strength, quickness, improve coordination and increase reaction time. The perfect class for young developing athletes.

Worked for Madonna Proactive (Lincoln), lots of experience and knowledge in weight loss and rehabilitation.
Grew up in Falls City, NE and graduated from Falls City High School.
Attended Highland CC; graduated with an associate of arts degree in athletic training.
Attended Western Illinois University and graduated with a BA in Exercise Science and a business minor.
During his 8 years as a sports performance coach he has) had the opportunity to train athletes such as Maliek Collins, Vince Valentine, and Zaire Anderson as well as hundreds of college and high school athletes.
Background in individual and team training sessions for soccer, baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming and tennis.
In my free time I like to spend time with my wife as well as family and friends, golfing and playing with my 2 dogs.
A native of Manhattan Kansas, has been helping athletes optimize their athletic capabilities in the Omaha metro area for the greater part of six years
While attending college at Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU) and being an active member of the men’s soccer team, Grant developed a passion for exercise physiology and strength and conditioning.
After graduation grant joined the NWU coaching staff working his way into the Head Assistant Coach and High Performance Coach position.
He is dedicated to all aspects of performance for the soccer programs (S&C, wellness and training load monitoring, nutrition and sleep health information, and stress management).
