Fat Blast Bootcamp Challenge

 

A 5 or 10 day challenge at the beginning of each month. The Fat Blast Bootcamp Challenge is a high intensity bootcamp everyday to meet specific nutrition goals.

Don’t let the “bootcamp” scare you. Our trainers make this fun and challenging for all age levels.

This bootcamp is designed to be fun and engaging. We want you to look forward to this program every day. Our trainers  are experts at making your hard work not seem like hard work.

INTENSE

This camp is intense and will challenge you both mentally and physically while helping you blast away fat and clean up your nutrition. It will jump-start you to better health and break through your barriers.

RESULTS

Our clients typically lose an average of 3lbs of fat and 3 inches off their waistline during the 10-day challenge. Accountability, camaraderie and lots of sweat will give you that boost your body needs.
