  • Habits

  • Please select UP TO 3 habits to get started. You'll be able to message your health coach to update them as needed. If you want to make a customized wellness habit (this can be anything), please send your coach an in-app message as soon as you have your app set up.

  • Training Program

  • Please select an active living challenge for the second phase of your program. The app will give you instructions (and appear on your app dashboard) each day on what your goal is for that day. These are beginner to intermediate level challenges. You are competing against yourself with the goal being to be more active.
  • Core, Balance, and Flexibility
    This challenge is designed to help you improve your core strength, balance and flexibility. The goal is to complete each set of movements on the prescribed day. The only equipment you’ll need is a foam roller.

    General-Active Living
    This challenge has a little bit of strength and cardio. You’ll utilize a combo of body weight exercises and walking to help you get moving and get a little stronger! No equipment necessary.

    Get Moving
    This is a daily walking progression that alternates in intensity and duration, building to two-hour long high intensity walks at the end of your 30 days. No equipment necessary.
  • Personal Goal

  • For the final phase of the 12 week program please select one personal goal. Your coach will give you active living, nutrition, and sleep guidelines to follow within the app. These will be set up for you beginning on week 7 of the program. There may be some equipment needed. If you do not have access to the required equipment, please notify your coach.
